An event was held at SIP Youth & Children Centre on May 29 to celebrate the upcoming International Children’s Day that is observed annually on June 1.

At the event, Suzhou Museum of Education and other four organizations were designated after-school education bases, increasing the number of organizations of such kind in SIP to 93.

The “Health First” Growth Package was unveiled, consisting of education initiatives and services designed to give youngsters a helping hand in health management.

A number of youngsters received honors for offering excellent suggestions for improvements in their communities.

The students from different schools staged wonderful performances including wind music, dances, traditional opera performances, and songs.

The 4th “Jinji Lake Collections” Primary and Middle School Students’ Art Works Exhibition cum the 5th Art Workshops Demonstration kicked off at the same time, demonstrating diverse explorations and outcomes of art education in the primary and secondary schools across SIP.
