Recently, Pace Fu, SIP’s digital assistant designed to guide foreign nationals to find the exact information they need, came into service, providing great convenience for expats living in the park and international guests to attend the 32nd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Ministers Responsible for Trade Meeting from May 22 to 23.

Based on users’ questions, Pace Fu quickly selects information from 67 service items in 17 categories, including an overview of SIP, administrative procedures, and local living tips such as those on telecommunications, payment modes, transportation, health services, restaurants, shopping malls, and tourist attractions.

Compared to a previously launched special service package for the same purpose, Pace Fu features a simpler browsing experience, faster and more convenient access to information, and more practical and user-friendly functions. It also supports one-click jumps to related WeChat mini-programs and accounts, and direct access and download links for useful apps.

Notably, the convenient online experience has been extended to offline settings as well. The convenience service packages of Suzhou Industrial Park One-stop Service Centre for Expats are now available at over 30 locations including hotels where international guests stay, commercial venues, and tourist destinations.
