Recently, the practice of “Fostering a New Ecosystem for Business-related Services by Developing a Comprehensive Enterprise Service System”, led by SIP Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau, was selected as one of the prominent institutional innovation cases carried out in the China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone Suzhou Area in 2025.
SIP has created a comprehensive enterprise service system combining onsite and online services. For onsite services, the SIP Public Service Center was established, integrating about 500 administrative services. The SIP Enterprise Service Hub, the first district-level service facility of its kind in Suzhou, was set up, and six comprehensive service stations for businesses were put into operation in different industrial clusters.

The one-stop online service system currently comprises 32 modules with over 100 applications for legal entities to get services for project initiation, intellectual property protection, employment, financing and other purposes.

SIP has also launched a platform to respond to businesses’ needs and requests, and put together a team of business environment experiencers who provide suggestions for improvement of local administrative services and support for businesses.
