Recently, a project situated at the heart of Yangcheng Yinzuo, a headquarters cluster in SIP, got its formal name: Yangcheng South Bank Business Plaza.

Formally tentatively known as Suzhou FTZ Business Center, the project, covering a land area of about 71,700 square meters, is still in construction. It consists of four towers and a number of auxiliary facilities including offices, hotel, business spaces and trendy sports venues, with a total floor area of 463,000 square meters. The complex is expected to become an iconic landmark of Yangcheng Yinzuo.

The construction was launched in September 2020. The civil and curtain wall works have been basically completed, while landscaping and mechanical and electrical installations are 95% complete and office interior finishing is 98% done. The interior decoration of the hotel is about halfway to completion.
