SIP continues to prioritize project construction this spring to pursue high-quality development. A number of projects have seen remarkable progress.
HIPEX, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group, is building a hot isostatic pressing (HIP) innovation center in SIP with an investment of RMB210 million.
Suzhou Industrial Park Urban Renovation & Development Co Ltd (SIPURD) is pushing forward two industrial facility renovation projects in collaboration with a private enterprise and a foreign-funded enterprise respectively.
In Yangcheng Digital Valley, curtain walls are being installed for the second phase of Sungent I-Center, and near it, the foundation for the third phase of the project is being built.
In the eastern part of SIP, the third phase of Sungent I-Base has been completed. And the fifth phase of Sungent I-Park is progressing fast.
In Yangcheng Yinzuo, two new industrial projects have been set up by Hengtai Holding, and is set to come into use this year.

The innovation headquarters park built by a subsidiary of Hengtai is near completion, with outdoor landscaping currently underway.
Moreover, the Suzhou FTZ Business Center (tentative name) is being built in Yangcheng Yinzuo, with civil engineering and curtain walls nearly complected.
